I am a dad of 2 young kids. (First excuse for my current weight)

I currently practice as a physical therapist and try to teach my patients to stay as fit as possible.

I am starting this to help my brother but think this website would also be good for my patients. So I am doing it myself so I can tell others about how it works.

I am also taking a health promotion course and have decided to get back into the shape I was in 4 years ago before the kids came.
